【Recruitment Guidelines ① - Braiding】

1. Job Responsibilities
   - Operation and production of medical suture multifilament braiding equipment
   - Hanging the equipment thread, changing the thread, and preparing the equipment (using tools such as crochet hooks)
   - Equipment mounting and retrieval of product bobbins (approx. 1kg), and movement within the workplace
   
2. Required
   - Those who can wear earplugs (noise generation)
   - Those available for overtime and weekend work
   

3. Benefits

   - Experienced in manufacturing production work
   - Experienced in the same industry (textiles, sutures, braiding, etc.)
   - Person capable of performing repetitive tasks on the upper and lower parts of equipment and moving in confined spaces
   - Someone skilled in detailed manual work

【Recruitment Guidelines ② - Inspection/Packaging】

1. Job Responsibilities
   - Medical suture vision automatic inspection and manual inspection
   - Sorting of good and defective products based on inspection standards and recording data
   - Suture label replacement, AI packaging, sealing, and moisture drying
   - Secondary packaging, can packaging, and finished product receiving operations
   
2. Required
   - Those available for overtime and weekend work
   
3. Benefits
   - Experience in manufacturing production (preference given to candidates with experience in the same role)
   - Skilled in sorting out minute defects and precise visual inspection
   - Experienced in industries with strict quality control, such as medical devices
