We are looking for employees who will work with the company for a long time while diligently learning the entire process from machining to assembly.
Even if you are a beginner, if you have a passion for the work, we will teach you practical field skills such as laser welding, argon welding, cutting, and bending step-by-step from the basics.
■ Company and Responsibilities
- Company Classification: Specialized manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment (stainless steel sinks, etc.)
- Main duties:
· Stainless steel (SUS) sheet metal cutting (shearing) and bending
· Laser welding and argon welding (TIG) processing/tack welding
· Product assembly, finishing, and process support
We teach beginners and newcomers step-by-step from the basics on-site.
■ Eligibility
- Experience: Not required (Entry-level/beginners welcome, looking for someone willing to learn diligently)
- Preferred: Candidates seeking long-term employment (persistent and diligent), and those with manual dexterity
- [Required] Owner of a personal vehicle for commuting (able to drive)
※ Factory Relocation Notice: We are currently based in Seonghwa-dong, Seowon-gu. As we are scheduled to relocate to Naesu-eup, Cheongwon-gu early next year, it is mandatory to have a personal vehicle capable of commuting to both locations.
■ Working Conditions
- Employment Type: Permanent (Probation period negotiable)
- Working days: 6 days a week (Saturdays are 'every other week off / every other week working')
- Working hours:
· Weekdays: 08:00 ~ 17:30 (Including 1 hour 30 minutes of break time, actual working hours: 8 hours)
· Saturday (Every other week): 08:30 ~ 17:30 (Including 1 hour 30 minutes break, actual working hours: 8 hours)
· Break time: Total 1 hour 30 minutes (1 hour lunch + 15 minutes in the morning / 15 minutes in the afternoon)
- Salary Conditions: Monthly salary of 2,500,000 KRW or more (Compliance with 2027 minimum wage standards, negotiable after a 3-month probationary period)
- Workplace:
· Current: Seonghwa-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk
· Planned relocation site: Naesu-eup, Cheongwon-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk (early next year)
