Detailed work requirements

Setting and Operation of Rotary Surface Grinders/Grinders for SiC Materials (Rings, Ingots, Wafers, etc.)

Precise measurement of product dimensions, thickness, flatness, and surface roughness before and after processing

Checking wear condition, truing, and dressing grinding wheels (diamond wheels, etc.)

Visual inspection of processed products (sorting out defects such as cracks, chipping, and scratches)

Routine equipment inspection and periodic management of cutting fluid/slurry
