1. Main Duties
NCT Specialized Training and Processing: Transfer of technical skills from the basics, including equipment operation, blueprint analysis, and setup.

On-site practical support: Performing overall tasks such as material management, process assistance, and site organization.

Growth Direction: Training to become processing technology experts who understand the workflow on the factory floor, rather than simple manual laborers.

2. Eligibility
Someone who will faithfully stay with us for a long time

Experience: No experience required (Beginners welcome, relevant experience preferred)

Personality: Someone with a sense of how to act proactively depending on the situation.

3. Salary and Working Conditions
Salary: Based on the 2026 minimum hourly wage

The specific salary will be finalized based on competency and experience after an interview with the CEO (subject to increase).
