Mold Design: 1 person (using UG NX, CAD)

Preparing tools for machining, chamfering edges of machined parts, finishing wire/EDM surfaces

[Injection Mold Assembly > Injection Mold Mirror Lapping]
Review surface roughness, prepare lapping agent/tool, perform lapping operation and inspect

[Injection Mold Assembly > Injection Mold Assembly Inspection]
Inspecting component assembly status, inspecting temperature control mechanisms, inspecting slide mechanism operation status, inspecting fit

[Injection Mold Assembly > Injection Mold Modification]
Identifying nonconformities in test molding, establishing mold modification countermeasures, modifying the mold

[Injection Mold Assembly > Special Injection Mold Assembly]
Preparing assembly parts, assembling the fixed side, assembling the movable side, verifying mold assembly
