The main process is
Receiving → Cutting → Welding → Drilling → Grinding → Painting → Dispatch
It proceeds in that order.

Although the recruitment field is listed as welding, actual duties involve handling the entire production process as needed (excluding painting).
CO₂ welding is the primary method.

It is not a workplace with a lot of heavy physical labor.

Salary is listed based on base salary,
There is a fixed 4-hour overtime shift every Saturday morning.

The monthly salary is approximately 2.8 million won based on a 44-hour workweek.
