Weekdays: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (hours subject to adjustment). Due to the nature of rice cake production, some employees are required to change their shifts considering production capacity and individual preferences, such as starting early in the morning or in the afternoon. Winter and the period leading up to holidays are peak seasons, so special circumstances such as overtime work apply. 5-day workweek, average working hours: 40
