Hiring sauce production workers at a food factory

I am a sauce production/packaging worker at a food factory.
Due to the nature of the work, there are many tasks that require physical strength.

Working conditions
ㆍSalary: 2.7 million won per month
ㆍEmployment Type: Permanent (Probationary period) - 3 months
ㆍWorking Hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Day Shift: 07:30–17:30 (Breaks 11:30–12:30, 15:00–15:30)
Night Shift: 12:30–22:00 (Breaks 15:00–15:30, 17:30–18:00)
15:30~24:00 (Break 17:30~18:30, 22:00~22:30)
** Night shift hours are subject to change.
Day/night shift work available (monthly shift rotation - 200,000 KRW allowance for night shift)

Work Location: (46755) 24, Noksansandan 381-ro 40beon-gil, Gangseo-gu, Busan (Songjeong-dong)

- On-site and office fully equipped with heating and cooling
- Work only the day shift during the probationary period
- After the probationary period, work day and night shifts (Applicants unable to work night shifts are ineligible / Applicants unable to work shifts are also ineligible)
- 200,000 won allowance paid for night shift work
- Annual leave, birthday gift certificates, and birthday parties (limited to employees who have been with the company for 3 months or more)
- Sauce factory located in Noksan, Gangseo-gu, Busan
- As there is no commuter bus, we request applications from those with personal vehicles.
- There is a probationary period of 1 to 3 months after hiring.
- Upon completion of the probationary period, you will be converted to a permanent employee unless there are specific grounds for disqualification.
- Payday is the 10th of the following month.
- There is no bonus.
- Basically, there is generally no overtime or special work, but depending on the company's volume or production situation
Overtime work may be required, and allowances will be paid separately. (Within 12 hours per week)
- Lunch is provided once a day.
