[Recruitment Introduction]

Recruiting 4 full-time employees and 2 fixed part-time employees

Hello. We are Bobae Banjeom Seoul National University Station Branch, a Chinese food franchise newly opening on September 10th.

We are recruiting dedicated staff to work with us from the start in our new kitchen and with new equipment.

A franchise cooking manual is available, so everyone from beginners to experienced professionals can apply, and foreign full-time employees are also welcome.

[Recruitment Fields]

1. 4 full-time kitchen staff

• Experienced Chinese chef and main cook
• Simple cooking such as boiling noodles and frying
• Preparing vegetables and ingredients
• Kitchen hygiene management and dishwashing
• Preparing delivery and takeout food

2. 2 fixed part-time employees

• Weekday 1-day replacement work by full-time employees
• Support for lunch or dinner peak hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Boiling noodles, frying, pre-processing, and washing dishes
Preference will be given to candidates available to work overtime when full-time employees are on leave or vacancies arise.

[Eligibility]

• Holders of a residence status legally permitted to work in a restaurant
• Examples of eligible visas: H-2, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, etc.
• Those who can hold basic everyday conversations in Korean and check numbers and order slips
• Regardless of education or nationality
• Beginners welcome
• Someone who follows the manual well and can cooperate with colleagues

[Permanent Employee Working Conditions]

• Workplace: 100 Ssukgogae-ro, Gwanak-gu, Seoul
• Transportation: Approximately an 8-minute walk from Seoul National University Station on Subway Line 2
• Workday: 5-day workweek
• Working hours: 10:00–22:00
• Break time: 2 hours included
• Actual working hours: 10 hours per day

[Full-time Employee Salary]

• Absolute Beginner · Kitchen Assistant: From 2,900,000 KRW per month
• Those proficient in noodle and frying, or those with beginner experience: From 3,100,000 KRW per month
• Candidates proficient in Chinese wok cooking · Experienced: 3,300,000 KRW or more per month (negotiable)
• The exact salary and job responsibilities will be determined after verifying experience and an interview.

[Part-time Working Conditions]

• Weekday 1 day: Long-term substitute work
• Friday: Evening peak
• Saturdays and Sundays: Lunch and dinner peaks
• Specific working days and hours will be discussed after the interview
• Hourly wage: 13,000 KRW ~ 15,000 KRW
• Possibility of conversion to permanent employee status based on work performance and personal preference
