Recruiting Production Management Staff (Automotive Body Parts / Press & Welding)

1. Responsibilities

Production Planning and Process Management:

Production planning and progress management for press (large/medium) and welding (robot/spot/CO2) lines

Response to client (automaker/Tier 1 supplier) hierarchy and daily/monthly delivery deadlines

Process Troubleshooting and Efficiency Improvement:

Analysis and Improvement of Productivity Indicators by Line (UPH, Utilization Rate, Overall Efficiency)

Resolving process bottlenecks and standardizing production

Material Receipt and On-site Manpower Management:

Raw material input planning (coils, blanks, etc.) and work-in-process/finished goods inventory management

ERP-based Production and Inventory Record Entry and Data Closing

Field worker deployment, attendance management, and process safety management

2. Preferential Treatment

Experienced in production management of body parts (FLR, members, etc.) for first and second-tier automotive suppliers

Experienced in new line setup and mass production approval (ISIR/PPAP compliance)

Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems and Excel

Persons capable of operating a forklift, holders of relevant qualifications such as Industrial Safety Engineer
