Recruitment of Operations Management Division Staff (Incinerator Equipment Operation, etc.)

By recovering waste heat generated from waste incineration, we utilize the produced steam and thermal energy effectively by supplying it to nearby industrial sites and residential areas. Recruitment Duties: Overall operation of incineration facilities (devices), including device operation, facility inspection, and maintenance.
Experience Requirements: 1 year or more preferred (1 year or more experience in a 4-team, 2-shift industrial waste incinerator; preference given to those capable of working in the control room (experience in overall HM1 operations))
Work Schedule: 4-team 2-shift rotation (2 days day shift, 2 days off, 2 days night shift, 2 days off / Monthly basis: 8 days day shift, 8 days night shift, 14 days off)
Working hours: Day shift (06:30~18:30)
Night (18:30~06:30)
Salary: 34,000,000–40,000,000 KRW or more (including 200% bonus) / Differential payment based on experience
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
