4. ERP Input – Computerized registration of inbound/outbound and inventory records
5. Order Management – ​​Place orders with suppliers after checking inventory, check delivery dates
6. Customer Response – Order Acceptance & Shipment Schedule Notification (Phone Calls, Text Messages)
