All the staff have gentle personalities and take good care of and respect each other. You will be able to adapt quickly.

The dress code is casual. Please feel free to wear whatever comfortable clothes you like to work.

There are almost no company dinners, and no pressure to drink.

There may be domestic or international business trips. (Extremely rare)

Overtime pay is high, and due to the nature of the company, it tends to be busy during holidays.
