Hiring Contract Staff for Food Quality Control (QC) & Small-scale HACCP (Maternity/Parental Leave Replacement)

Hello. Daon Food Co., Ltd. is a food manufacturer that produces food products such as red chili powder, roasted sesame powder, sesame oil, and perilla oil. We manage food quality and hygiene in accordance with small-scale HACCP standards and are recruiting a Quality Control (QC) manager to join our team.

This recruitment is for a replacement due to the maternity and parental leave of the existing quality control manager. We are looking for someone to take charge of quality control and HACCP-related duties for approximately 1 year and 6 months.

Employment Type: Contract (Replacement for employee on leave)
Contract Period: From start date ~ approx. 1 year and 6 months (negotiable)

※ The contract period is fixed as this is a replacement hiring due to the previous manager's leave of absence.

■ Main Responsibilities

- Overall quality management for products manufactured by the company and factories (small-scale HACCP and hygiene management, food-related regulations and documentation management, quality management tasks in conjunction with the production team, improvement tasks for food safety and quality enhancement, quality management-related tasks required by the company, etc.).

■ Eligibility Requirements

- Those interested in food quality control and hygiene management
- Someone who can faithfully perform quality control duties in the food manufacturing industry
- Those capable of basic document creation and computer usage
- Someone who can perform their duties meticulously and responsibly
