1. Recruitment: Cosmetics Quality, Certification, and Product Operations Manager (Entry-level / Contract position, possibility of conversion to permanent after 3 months)


2. Main Duties

- Preparation and management of quality control documents related to the responsible sales business of cosmetics

- Collection of data and document management regarding overseas cosmetic standards and certifications

- Support for cosmetic raw material and product data research and R&D work

- Support for production schedule, order, and delivery management for OEM/ODM manufacturers

- Cosmetics sales and product-related data management

- Product inventory status and inbound/outbound record management

- Assistance with drafting documents related to the application, execution, and reporting of domestic government support projects

- Other management support and general office tasks

3. Essential Qualifications

Persons who meet the qualification requirements for a responsible sales manager for cosmetics pursuant to Article 8 of the Enforcement Rules of the Cosmetics Act

Holders of a four-year bachelor's degree in science and engineering or related fields recognized by law

Those who can submit a graduation certificate and documents verifying their degree and major

Proficient in basic document creation using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Someone with a sense of responsibility for accurate data management and adherence to schedules

※ The qualification requirements for a cosmetics responsible sales manager are verified based on relevant laws and regulations and submitted documents.

※ Holders of a relevant associate degree are eligible to apply if they meet separate qualification requirements, such as legally recognized experience in cosmetics manufacturing or quality control.

4. Preferential Treatment

Majors in related fields such as cosmetic science, cosmetic engineering, chemistry, life science, and biotechnology

Holder of basic knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, INCI, and OEM/ODM production processes

Excel, document creation, and AI utilization skills

5. Working Conditions

Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (Conversion to permanent status will be reviewed based on performance evaluation and business conditions)

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: Hourly wage 10,320 KRW ~ 11,000 KRW (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Weekly holiday allowance and statutory allowances: Paid in accordance with relevant laws.
