• Responding to inquiries via phone, messenger, and online consultation
• Customer communication using Korean, English, and Nepali
• Promotion and marketing support for the Nepalese community and international students
• Organizing consultation details and managing customer information
• Support for simple office and administrative tasks related to study abroad procedures

[ Eligibility Requirements ]

• Nepalese people living in Korea
• Nepalese current students and graduates of Korean universities are eligible to apply.
• Someone who can communicate in basic Korean and English
• Someone who can provide fluent customer service in Nepali
• People who are legally able to work in Korea
• Someone capable of basic PC usage and document creation
• Someone who can work responsibly and diligently
