1. Resident of Busan
2. Conversation and training available in Korean
3. Must have no credit issues (credit delinquents or those currently undergoing rehabilitation are ineligible)

Order of hiring
1. One-on-one meeting with the assigned manager
2. Branch Manager's Job Description
3. Branch Manager Interview
4. Interview with the Division Head

After passing the interview
1. 2-day, 1-night training at the Seoul headquarters
2. 18 days of training in Busan (job training), excluding weekends
3. Join the company after the completion ceremony

Educational benefits
1. 1 million won in training fees will be paid after the training.
2. Meals provided during the training period
