Housekeeping Staff – The Magpie Hotel

The Magpie Hotel is a boutique hotel located on the 8th floor of the historic Jongno YMCA building in Seoul.

As a boutique hotel, we maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and attention to detail. We are specifically looking for candidates with previous professional housekeeping experience in a hotel. Hotel housekeeping experience is a must. Candidates without hotel housekeeping experience will not be considered.

Our housekeeping team is led by a highly experienced and professional housekeeping supervisor who will provide guidance and training on our hotel’s standards and procedures.

All housekeepers are required to use our hotel management app to manage room access, track cleaning progress, and complete room inspections.

Working Conditions

• Hourly Wage: KRW 11,000
• Meal Allowance: Provided
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Language Requirement: English is mandatory

• Responsible: Reliable, punctual, and committed to following hotel procedures and standards.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a hotel management app to manage daily tasks and room inspections.
• English-Speaking: Able to communicate in English for daily work and coordination.

We are looking for experienced, fast, and hardworking hotel housekeepers who take pride in their work and can consistently deliver the high standards expected at The Magpie Hotel.
