Looking for workers at a junkyard site

We are looking for someone to do on-site work at a junkyard.
Impact wrenches, grinders, and oxygen cutting are essential for operation.
We perform stainless steel separation, window frame separation, metalworking, scrap metal separation, wire stripping, etc.
Someone who is well-organized and polite, and capable of driving a Photostick
Weekdays 07:30–18:00 (Subject to change depending on the season or circumstances)
Saturday 07:30~12:00

As an honest and sincere person with a keen eye and good at organizing
We are looking for someone who will stay with us for a long time.
