[Daebudo] Hiring On-site Cleaning Staff for Pool Villa Pension / Private Accommodation Provided

We are hiring staff to be responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and facility management at the pool villa pension located on Daebudo Island and operated by our company.

■ Key Duties

• Room cleaning and swimming pool cleaning
• Deep cleaning of guest rooms
• Organize the surrounding environment
• Simple facility repairs

• In addition, all other tasks necessary for pension cleaning and facility management

  
  

■ Eligibility

• Holders of a residence status with no restrictions on employment activities
• Candidates who have no difficulty with daily communication and understanding work instructions in Korean (fluency is not required, but smooth communication regarding safety and work is necessary).
• No experience required, those willing to learn diligently are welcome.

• Someone who is comfortable with physical labor (cleaning, maintenance)

  
  

■ Working Conditions

• On-site work in private accommodation (kitchen and shower facilities provided)
• Work on weekends and public holidays included; holidays to be coordinated during weekdays

• You are free to use your personal time outside of designated working hours. It is a collaborative structure with managers and colleagues, not a position where you are solely responsible for everything.

• As you work on-site at a private residence, accommodation and meals are provided, minimizing the burden of commuting and living expenses. You are free to enjoy your personal time outside of scheduled working hours. (While preliminary check-in procedures are prioritized during working hours, due to the nature of a private villa, intermittent responses to inquiries or emergencies outside of regular business hours may be required. We are hiring someone who understands this work style and can work together stably.)

• Due to the nature of the accommodation business, work is included on weekends and public holidays. Holiday schedules are coordinated during the weekdays.
