- Establish a maintenance work plan by reviewing the blueprints and technical data of agricultural machinery.

- Performing maintenance, repair, and upkeep work on various agricultural machinery

- Management of parts and materials related to maintenance work

- Efficient work processing based on decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Compliance with safety regulations and safety management at the work site

Due to the nature of agricultural machinery work, you can leave early during the winter, and work slightly longer (up to 1 hour) during the busy farming season.
