Recruiting Construction Managers for Government-funded Metal and Textured Ceiling Construction Sites

We are a company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of excellent procurement products for ceiling materials, handling everything from manufacturing to on-site installation management.
We are currently carrying out this task. Accordingly, we are recruiting a person in charge to comprehensively manage and supervise ceiling material installation sites.

[Main Duties]
- Review of the scope of application for our metal/textile ceiling materials
- Review of quantity calculation and bill of materials based on drawings
- Management of construction process and duration at ceiling material installation sites
- Review of construction methods and management of construction conformity to design documents
- Installation company management (process, quality, personnel input, etc.)
- Material Input and On-site Material Management
- Claim for progress and review of progress
- Initial on-site meeting and coordination with the client, supervision, and installation teams
- Management of field-related documents, such as status reports and paperwork

[Eligibility Requirements]
- Architectural engineer, holder of the Engineers' Association Handbook
- Practical understanding of interior construction material finishing
- Proficient in CAD (Required)
- Person capable of interpreting drawings and calculating quantities
- Experienced in outsourced construction management and site management

- Experienced in managing progress payments, bills of materials, and quantities
