We are a company located in Sanhoe-myeon, Jeongeup-si, Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province that directly produces and distributes various plants, including hydrangeas, blueberries, ornamental trees, and landscaping trees.
We are recruiting field management staff to manage both landscaping tree and flower production sites and to stay with us for the long term.
Entry-level and beginner applicants are welcome to apply, and those with experience in farming, landscaping trees, or floriculture will be given preference.
Even beginners can learn the job step by step, provided they possess sincerity and a sense of responsibility.
Main tasks
- Production and management of plants such as hydrangeas, blueberries, ornamental trees, and landscaping trees
- Assistance with cuttings, repotting, watering, weeding, and fertilizer/pesticide management
- Preparation for shipment of saplings and landscaping trees, packaging, loading and unloading
- Organization and management of farm facilities and workplaces
- Support for on-site work and personnel tasks according to production schedule
- Other on-site management duties for the entire landscape tree and flower farm

We are looking for someone who will diligently learn and manage the field and grow with us for the long term.
We are looking to hire employees who will stay with us for a long time as permanent staff, rather than short-term fixed-term workers.
We would like to transition to a permanent position after the first three months as a probationary period to adjust to each other's work and working environment, if suitable.
Wages are paid at the same rate even during the 3-month probationary period.
Salary is fully negotiable based on experience, work ability, responsibility, and contribution to the company, and separate adjustments will be made for those with relevant experience.
Working conditions
- Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Working days: Monday ~ Saturday
※ Negotiable depending on workload and season
- Probationary period: 3 months
※ No change in wages during the probationary period
