Detailed work requirements

1. Operation and Management of Overseas Online Shopping Malls
- Management of store accounts and sales operations in Japan (Qoo10, Amazon Japan) and the US (Amazon US).
- E-commerce platform product registration, detail page management, and order/delivery process monitoring
- Support for responding to overseas customer inquiries and managing customer satisfaction

2. Digital and Social Media Marketing
- Planning and production of content for social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and management of brand accounts
- Online advertising execution and digital marketing performance analysis
- Discovery of global influencers (KOLs) and planning/execution of collaborative promotions

3. Data Analysis and Market Strategy
- Sales analysis and development of operational improvement plans based on sales data
- Execution of strategies to expand overseas sales through global market trend analysis
