Recruiting Production Workers (GM Auto Parts)

As a Korean GM automotive parts manufacturer
This is the task of setting parts on an automated equipment jig.
Hourly wage of 106 million won. Base salary for a full month is 2,575,800 won.
Currently, a pre-tax salary of approximately 4 to 4.5 million won is being paid.
Work a 2-shift day and night rotation and receive a daily work allowance of 5,000 won (after 3 months of employment).
A breakfast allowance of 5,000 won is provided for night overtime work.
The task is simple, but it is not easy due to the repetitive nature of the work.
Currently, there is day and night overtime work every Saturday.
