Recruiting production workers for a bolt manufacturing company

We are looking for a meticulous employee to manage the bolt production process.
The job involves operating the rolling system during the bolt production process (simple tasks such as removing product jams)
After process inspection (dimension & shape verification) of products in production, product collection and preparation for shipment to external contractors, and
The main job is organizing the machinery and surroundings.

***There is on-site noise due to the large number of production machines (earplugs provided), and due to the nature of the product, a lot of oil is handled.
I end up standing and working almost all day.
