We are recruiting researchers for the corporate research institute of a chocolate manufacturing business.

Quality control and HACCP management for food factories and specialized companies (institutions)
We are hiring experienced professionals.

As a prospective member of R&D, a degree from a related major is not strictly required, but
Preference given to 4-year university graduates (or prospective graduates), and those with experience after completing a related 2- or 3-year associate degree.
We welcome graduates from unrelated majors who have experience and passion for chocolate or desserts.



As a company certified as a venture company, HACCP certified, and having completed the basic stage of a smart factory, we plan to proceed with the following tasks.

- Management of HACCP-related documents for small-scale operations
- Partner Audit
- Quality control of chocolate and chocolate products
- Management of product manufacturing reporting and food inspection
- In-house Research and Development (R&D)
- Preparation and execution of the smart factory advancement phase, IT tasks related to smart factories and manufacturing
- HACCP management, maintenance, certification
- Dessert trend analysis, raw material analysis and management
- Participation in the planning stage of new development projects
- Company statistics and data related
- Other related tasks, etc.
