Removal of various non-product parts and foreign substances attached to the surface of cast products

The work intensity is not high due to the use of shot blasters, cranes, etc.

The products handled are heavy loads of 80KG or more, and a hoist is used.

Job Description

Main duties: Post-processing of castings (removal of casting burrs, runners, and gas spins using a hammer, followed by surface finishing/drilling)
Other duties: Work preparation and tidying up the workspace

With simple, repetitive tasks and easy work, even beginners can easily learn and work.

Depending on production volume, day/night 2-shift work may occur.
