Production assistance and product packaging (main task is raw material mixing)

※ Decision on permanent employment after 3-month probationary period
※ Bonus (150%) + Performance-based bonus (%) paid after 1 year of employment
- 50% of bonuses (Lunar New Year, Chuseok, summer vacation) paid each
- Year-end performance bonus: 50% (payment determined based on current year's performance)
