Dongseo Industrial Co., Ltd. is a technology-focused manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-precision industrial components for the defense industry, nuclear power equipment, wind power parts, and semiconductor facilities.
To upgrade our production facilities and support new projects, we are recruiting skilled technicians in the fields of MCT and CNC vertical lathes as follows.

✅ Recruitment Divisions and Number of Personnel
Recruitment Fields, Number of Personnel, Main Responsibilities
1 MCT Technician - MCT equipment operation and program management
- Process setting and condition setting
- In-process quality checks and simple maintenance
1 CNC Vertical Lathe Technician - Vertical Lathe (Large, Precision) Machining and Dimensional Measurement
- Perform drawing-based work
- Equipment malfunction diagnosis and simple troubleshooting

🛠️ Major Equipment Status (Total 9 units)
▪ MCT and horizontal machining equipment (total 6 units)
MCT: Unit 21, Unit 12, Unit 9.5, Unit 6.5

Horizontal MCT: Unit 6

Horizontal boring machine: Φ110

▪ Vertical lathes (total 3 units)

📌 Eligibility Requirements
Candidates with experience operating relevant equipment (3+ years of experience preferred)

Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand machining

Process condition setting and quality judgment capabilities

Equipment maintenance and foundation troubleshooting available

Collaboration-oriented work attitude and diligence

Working Conditions
Salary Conditions: Hourly wage of 13,000 KRW or more (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Employment Type: Permanent (Conversion to permanent after probationary period)

Working Hours: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri), 07:30–19:30

Workplace: 21-1, Wolim-ro 39beon-gil, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
