• 3-team, 2-shift rotation, 4 days work, 2 days off
Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Work until 8:30 PM for overtime / 2 hours of overtime)
Night: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Work until 8:30 AM for overtime / 2 hours of overtime)
• Hourly wage 10,320 won
• Hired as a permanent employee after a 3-month probationary period (no wage differential) (salary increase by 1 pay grade after 9 months of employment)
• 200,000 KRW settlement support payment provided in the 3rd and 6th months of employment
• Microscope allowance of 220,000 won (10,000 won per day) will be paid for normal work on the 22nd.
• Transportation allowance of 60,000–140,000 KRW provided (varies depending on commuting distance; please inquire during the interview)
• Long-service incentives provided during holidays, summer vacation, and Kimjang season after one year of employment
• Two meals provided (meals or meal allowance provided, snacks kept in the staff break room)
