Detailed work requirements

Recruitment of Caregivers

*Working Hours and Working Conditions*

1. Candidates available for 3-shift work. (8 hours, 5 days a week / excluding break times) -> Weekday substitute work for holiday work
2. (07:30~17:30/10:00~22:00/22:00~08:00)
=> Flexible working arrangements are currently in effect.
3. Upon completion of one year or more of service, seniority allowance is selectively paid through a meeting of the Human Resources Committee following a performance evaluation.
4. Retirement pension payment
5. Separate allowance paid for night work
6. Sincere beginners are also welcome.

Recruitment conditions
