Quality Assurance (QA) personnel are key talents who contribute to improving process efficiency by verifying that product specifications and quality meet global standards and analyzing production data. [Main Duties]

1. Product Inspection and Shipment Approval
- Precise measurement of specification (size) tolerances for finished plastic windows and doors
- Checking product weight and final inspection of external condition (scratches, finish, etc.)
- Pass/Fail determination based on inspection results and final shipment approval

2. Quality Data and Document Management
- Recording and digitizing quality inspection results (preparation of daily/monthly quality reports)
- Preparation of non-conformity reports and establishment of cause analysis and countermeasures in case of quality issues

3. Quality System Operation and Standardization
- Maintenance and operation of quality management systems (ISO, KS certification, etc.)
- Establish standardized processes for each production process and update work procedures
- Participation in process improvement activities through production data analysis


[Eligibility Requirements]
- Education: High school graduate or higher
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, etc.) (for quality daily reports/data management)
- Someone skilled in quality records management due to a meticulous and detail-oriented personality
- Those who have no disqualifying factors for performing both on-site inspections and administrative duties.
