1. Main Responsibilities: Establishment and management of flower complexes

2. Working Conditions

◯ Working Conditions: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), 40 hours per week (08:30–17:30)
◯ Remuneration Level: According to internal company regulations. Probationary period salary (90%)
※ Probationary Period: A probationary period of three months is established from the date of appointment. If poor work performance or other issues arise during the probationary period, the employee may not be hired.
