Detailed work requirements

Hiring someone to assist while learning agricultural machinery skills

5-day work week from December to February and from July to August,
Additionally, overtime pay is provided at the representative's discretion for extra work during peak seasons or busy farming periods.

Permanent employment conversion to be reviewed after 1 month of work
Preference given to those willing to work long-term

Contract worker, Fixed-term employment contract (1 month) / Review for conversion to permanent status after contract expiration / No desire for dispatched work / No desire for hiring replacement personnel
Architecture/Facilities > Equipment installation/maintenance
Weekdays: (Working Hours) 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. During the peak farming season, work 6 days a week (March–June) / (September–November). Additional pay provided. - 5-day work week in January–February, July–September, and December. 5-day work week, Average working hours: 45
Salary 2,500,000 KRW (Monthly salary of 2,500,000 won or more,)
