Dongwon Knitting Co., Ltd., located in the Waegwan Industrial Complex in Waegwan-eup, Chilgok-gun, Gyeongbuk, is recruiting maintenance technicians for Tricot and Double Raschel knitting machines.

Working conditions

1. Working Hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) Day/Night Shift (Day: 08:00–19:00 / Night: 19:00–08:00)
(For day shifts, a 1-hour lunch break and other breaks are provided, while for night shifts, a break of approximately 2 hours is granted.) If overtime work is required on Saturdays or Sundays due to company circumstances, overtime pay will be provided separately.

2. Employee Benefits:

- Snacks (bread, milk) provided during day shifts; ramen and milk provided during night shifts
There is a lounge area, so please rest here.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided free of charge
- If you wish to live in a dormitory, accommodation is provided (room and meals provided free of charge).


3. Work atmosphere
- Small team sizes (5-6 people) create a comfortable working atmosphere where staff can work together without major issues.
Those 5 or 6 people are also divided by task, so there is almost no conflict between them in terms of work.
- We hold a company dinner once a quarter, but you may opt out if you wish.

4. Salary Level (Upon regular employment after the probationary period)
- Approximately 3.08 million won per month (pre-tax)

5. Probationary period and salary during the probationary period
- The probationary period is 3 months, and the salary payment during the probationary period is 90% of the regular salary.
