Overtime, special work, extended hours, night work, and bonus allowances are paid separately.

200% bonus paid in monthly installments (after 3-month probationary period)

Working hours (night shifts not mandatory)
Daytime 08:30~17:00/19:30
Night 19:30~04:00/07:00

Meals provided, preferential treatment for residents around Namyang-eup,
Preference given to those with a vehicle and those available for night shifts
