1. Company Introduction and Job Description - Automatic cutting, forming, and edge finishing of steel plates for shipbuilding - Equipped with gas cutters, plasma cutters, 500-ton and 200-ton presses, and a 300-ton roll press. - Beginners welcome, hourly rate negotiable for experienced workers
2. Working Conditions and Benefits
- Hourly wage 10,500 won (adjustable based on experience) Fully enrolled in the four major insurance programs - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided - Dormitory living available (available to applicants from other regions) - Commuter bus service, return home support - Year-end performance bonus, incentive payment, vacation allowance, tuition support
3. Working Hours and Environment
- Day/Night 2-shift work - Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard working hours), generally includes 1 hour of overtime - Night: 8 PM – 5 AM the following day (Meal time: 12 AM – 1 AM)
