Recruitment of Production Staff (Melting, Casting)

Sampo Industry Co., Ltd. is recruiting production workers for low-frequency melting and casting at its Eumseong factory.
1. Job Duties and Recruitment Details
- Copper pipe production, melting, and casting operations
No experience required, but experience is preferred
- Later trained to the level of Melting/Casting Foreman
- Forklift license preferred, personal vehicle ownership required (no commuter bus)
- Support for obtaining a forklift license for unlicensed forklift operators (application fee)

2. Wage conditions
- New Employee: Hourly wage 10,320 KRW / Wage negotiation to proceed after completion of 3-month probationary period
- Experienced Staff: Hourly wage of 11,000 KRW or more (negotiable)

3. Welfare matters
- Payment of quarterly production performance bonuses (up to 37.5% per quarter, up to 150% per year)
- Differential bonus payment based on monthly productivity
- Holiday bonus payment (up to 300,000 won)
- Accommodation provided in Geumwang-eup (rent support, management fees and utilities handled by the worker)
