Creating a process schedule, reviewing design drawings, planning personnel deployment, planning material and equipment deployment

Understanding architectural carpentry construction blueprints
Understanding basic drawings, grasping basic drawing knowledge, understanding current status

- Inspection and defect repair
Repair and reinforcement, verify construction results, review rework, plan defect repairs, identify causes of defects

The probationary period is 3 months, after which you will be hired on a merit basis.
