Recruiting Production Manager (2 years of experience) for a Food (Ready-to-Eat) Manufacturer

1) Task Management
- Personnel allocation by zone, work instructions, and time off adjustments
(Pretreatment, heating/cooking, inner packaging, quenching, packaging, storage, etc.)
- Work site, worker and equipment hygiene, cleaning management
- Job Support

2) Production Management
- Work order, production formula (weighing), work sequence management
- Production planning, production targets, and loss rate (%) management
- Raw material receiving, inventory management (orders/purchases)
- Finished Goods Inventory/Outbound Management (FIFO)

3) Quality Control (HACCP)
- HACCP Team Collaboration
- Product inspection (visual inspection, sensory evaluation, standards, etc.)
- Isolation and disposal (reprocessing, disposal) of non-conforming products (deviated products)
- Foreign substance management

4) Facility/Equipment Management
- Facility and equipment maintenance (A/S)
- Machine room (compressor, chiller, etc.) maintenance
- Operation training by equipment, manual management
- Zone-based cleaning management
- Safety management including electricity and fire safety

[Experience Requirements]
- Experience: Over 2 years of production management experience at a food company
Food company foreman (team leader) for 2 years or more
