2. Job Responsibilities: Simple equipment operation and product inspection on the styrofoam insulation production line (fully automated) &
Packaging work

** Factory Interior Environment: Overall pleasant, with some noise, but no issue if earplugs are worn.
Anyone can easily learn and do this, even without field experience. (Beginners are welcome, but experienced candidates are preferred.)

3. Number of Hires: 2

4. Workplace: Inside Byucksan Co., Ltd. Hongseong Plant 1 (opposite Iljin Electric)

5. Employment Type: Permanent (3-shift rotation - 8-hour standard, shifts change every 2 weeks), Fixed day shift

6. Salary: Based on the 2026 minimum hourly wage & separate allowances (vehicle maintenance allowance), annual leave allowance/severance pay
