Seeking Laser Operators. (Staffing increase due to increased orders - those available for night shifts, night shifts every 3 weeks)

We are hiring additional personnel as the volume of orders received in the second half of 2026 has suddenly increased more than expected.

Please only view this if you are available for night shifts.
Night shifts rotate every three weeks.

1. Looking for a laser equipment operator.
2. Current Equipment Status
- HANS 12K 2.5MX 6.1M Fiber
- HANS 20K 3.5MX 13M Fiber (Kantry Type)
3. The salary is in the top tier of the industry.
- Bonuses and performance-based incentives are separate in the event of company excess profits.
(Paid every year since the company's founding. We do not pay a small amount and make a big deal out of it.)
5. We prioritize diligence, sincerity, attendance, and collaboration with colleagues.

- We do not pay less just because you have less experience.
- This is an increase in personnel due to facility expansion resulting from increased order volume.
