It is a workplace where you can work busily and enjoyably while breathing fresh air in the mountains and taking care of your health.
Since it is a wellness healing travel destination, it is visited by families, couples, friends, and groups of travelers, so you must be very busy.
Since we don't have many staff, we can always work in a family-like atmosphere, but from spring to autumn, it is quite busy due to the large number of customers seeking healing and therapeutic experiences.
During the winter season, it is closed from December 15 and reopens on March 1 of the following year.

We make it a rule to leave work almost exactly on time without working night shifts.
However, as it is a healing travel destination, we operate six days a week.
Closed every Tuesday // Must own a personal vehicle (able to commute by car)
Cooking is not permitted in the garden, so you must bring a packed lunch.

Salary by Working Conditions
- For a 6-day workweek, an annual salary of 38 million KRW, including vehicle maintenance and meal allowances, is settled on a monthly basis.
※ The annual salary of 38 million won includes overtime pay (based on a 6-day, 48-hour workweek → including overtime pay for working hours exceeding 40 hours per week).
