We are hiring a CNC Operations Engineer for a full-time position (experienced).

1. Responsibilities

A. Machining of small to medium-sized products (high-mix, low-volume production) using CNC (6"/8"/10"/15"/General-purpose lathes

B. Machining of medium-sized parts by project

C. Drawing interpretation and operation of equipment machining programs (GibskAM, etc.)

D. Other parts machining (tolerance in percentiles)


2. Required Capability

a. Equipment Operation and Operation Program Management Capability

B. Drawing interpretation and process execution capabilities

C. Understanding and experience of manufacturing processes

D. Problem-solving and communication skills


3. Eligibility Requirements

A. Education: High school graduate or higher

B. Experience: 5 years or more of experience


4. Preferential Treatment

a. Holders of Computer-Aided Milling/Lathe Operator qualification

B. Proficient in operating GibbsCAM/AUTO CAD

C. Nearby residents

D. Equipped with the ability to utilize vibration-free boring bars, tailstocks, manual vibration dampeners, etc.
