(Job Responsibilities)
- The process of dividing cooked food into single-serving portions (portioning)
- Plastic packaging process for subdivided products
- Washing and cutting the vegetables to be used (pre-processing)
- Workspace, organization, cleaning (Workspace: not the interior of the freezer or refrigerator)
