- Contract worker (Decision to extend contract based on performance evaluation results during the first 3-month probationary period, and after 2 years have elapsed

- Day Shift: 2 people
- Working days: Standard 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) 08:00–17:00 / 52-hour workweek system applied (Standard working hours: 209 hours)
- Mandatory enrollment in the four major social insurances
- Paid summer vacation, paid public holidays, accrual of statutory severance pay

salary
- Current basic hourly wage: 10,320 won (subject to change annually based on minimum wage fluctuations)
- Bonus: 200% bonus paid for employment of 1 year or more

- Commuter bus operation
- Provision of safety protective equipment such as work clothes and safety shoes
- Private lockers, changing rooms, showers, dining room
