Daewon Tech Recruiting New Production Staff

1. Job Description: Production worker responsible for machinery installation, operation, and automated line operation.

2. Working Hours: 4 days a week, 3-team 2-shift rotation, 08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00 (Day-Day-Day-Day-Off-Off Night-Night-Night-Night-Off-Off)
Includes 2.5 hours of overtime

3. Break time
- Daytime: 12:00–13:00, 17:00–17:30, 10-minute break every 2 hours
- Night: 00:00–01:00, 05:00–05:30, 10-minute break every 2 hours

4. Salary: 10,500 KRW per hour (3 months) / Wage negotiation possible after 3 months

5. Benefits: Three meals provided, commuter bus
