Detailed work requirements

This process involves removing tendons and fat from incoming butchered meat (beef, pork), cutting it into appropriate sizes, processing it using a meat grinder or mixer, injecting the processed meat into collagen casings using an injector, and then placing them in a hot air dryer or steaming machine; it also involves producing meatballs using a molding machine and steaming them. Depending on the situation, the above products may also be packaged using a vacuum sealer.
