Plastic Vacuum Forming Machine Operation and Operation

Mold installation assistance and mold replacement (mold mounting, alignment, fixing)

Matching molding conditions (temperature, pressure, speed, cooling) and line setting

Molded product quality inspection (verification of dimensions, appearance, deformation, and BUR)

Identification of defect causes and simple corrective measures (incomplete molding, burr, whitening, microcracks, etc.)

Raw material fabric input process

Production volume recording and LOT management

Routine equipment inspection (hydraulics, heaters, etc.)

Product packaging and loading (compliance with packaging standards)

Compliance with 5S (Sort, Set in order, Clean) and safety rules

Overtime work and overtime pay are available.
